(Mostly) Harmless (Pretty) Silly Intrusive Thoughts Zine by Tristan B Willis
Usually my intrusive thoughts are overwhelming and scary but sometimes they're overwhelming and silly. Making a zine of some of my sillier intrusive thoughts reminded me that intrusive thoughts are not indicative of who I am, or what I want, but instead my brain being weird. Maybe it'll help others remember that too. A mini zine designed with ink drawings, magazine clippings, stickers, and bubblewrap. Includes a Thoughts Are Not Facts Sticker. 3 X 4"
